Complete engineering from a single source

We are able to offer the complete engineering of a part. From the design, to the creation of 3D data, samples, respectively. 3D printed part, including final drawings with parts lists for the customer.

Assembly of assemblies

We are able to assemble both simple and highly complex assemblies. This also includes the assembly of electronic assemblies. These are then tested 100% mechanically or electronically on the test equipment manufactured or procured externally.

We are able to test air ducts – with calibrated pressure test devices – for tightness and pressure according to customer specifications.

Consistent traceability of the assemblies is standard.

The parts required for the assembly of the assemblies are procured by us or provided by the customer. Thanks to our experienced logistics, we are able to offer customers the shortest delivery times “just in time”.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the production of assemblies and the procurement of the necessary purchased parts, we can offer our customers a great time and cost advantage.

Surface technology

By refining the surfaces of components, not only their appearance but also their properties can be changed.

By working with selected partner companies, we are able to offer the following processes:

  • Wet painting (both standard paints and certified aerospace paints)
  • Pad printing
  • Ink-jet printing
  • EMC shielding
  • Screen printing (before and after forming thermoformed parts)
  • Electroplating
  • Steaming under high vacuum

Today, logistics is one of the most important points in the value chain.

Thanks to our many years of experience in logistics, we are able to ship products just in time, Kanban, or from consignment stores worldwide to any desired destination.

Choosing the right packaging for our customers’ sensitive products is also part of our service. Thanks to our partner companies in the packaging industry, we are able to develop the optimal packaging for the product.
